- Allocated parking for one car.
- Free off street parking available.
- Quiet hours: [10 PM – 8 AM]
- Please respect our neighbours.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and strictly no music or loud noise after 9pm.
Before you leave
- Please Make sure all windows and doors are closed.
- Please leave used towels in one pile.
- Please turn off lights.
- Please lower Hive thermostat temperature to 15.
- No deep cleaning needed, but please throw away any trash to waste bin .
- We kindly ask that you wash any dishes, utensils, or cookware you’ve used during your stay. Your help in keeping the kitchen tidy is greatly appreciated!
- Check for any personal items.
- Please return key to key safe.
