By Train
Southeastern services operate from London Victoria and London St Pancras International to Margate Station. From the station, CT9 3DQ is approximately 1.8 miles away and can be reached by local bus or taxi.
By Coach
National Express operates regular coach services from London to Margate. From the Margate coach stop, you can continue your journey using local bus services or a taxi.
Local Transport
Once in Margate, local bus services operate along Palm Bay Avenue. The nearest bus stops to CT9 3DQ include Northumberland Avenue and Leicester Avenue.

A full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We love animals but we chose to make our homes pet-free due to many people being allergic.
Are you child-friendly?
We welcome children to our accommodation and can provide high chairs and travel cot on-site. Some of our properties have stair gates. Please contact us if you are considering staying with children and have any specific requirements and we will do our best to help.

Check-in time is from 3pm. Checkout is by 11am. We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

Perfect location, very close to beach and lovely views of the sea. Kids loved exploring the rock pools for crabs etc…seaweed covered rocks means you need to keep close. We also took them to the local skatepark which was excellent and only 7 mins drive away. Great for scooters and skateboards, and burning off some energy if you have high energy kids! You can hire everything there. Host was friendly and responsive with the few questions we had during stay. And prosecco on arrival was a nice touch! Flat was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks 🙏🏻😊

Pristine, Spacious and a view of the sea! Very comforting falling asleep to Stormy waves. Free bottle of prosecco was a nice touch too! Only thing to note is there’s quite a few stairs up to the apartment if you’re a band loading in gear, but a more than happy compromise for what you get. Much more reasonably priced than some Airbnb’s in the area and Pinkesh was always quick to respond. Would happily stay again!
